Key Responsibilities :

• Perform routine in-process inspections of production lines to ensure compliance with cGMP, FDA, and company quality standards.
• Inspect raw materials, packaging components, and finished products for defects or deviations.
• Monitor and verify proper labeling, packaging, and documentation of products during production.
• Conduct line clearances and ensure batch records are accurate and complete.
• Identify and report any quality deviations or non-conformances, working closely with production and QA teams to implement corrective actions.
• Assist in product sampling and testing as required.
• Maintain detailed and accurate inspection records, ensuring traceability and compliance.
• Support audits and regulatory inspections by providing documentation and explanations as needed.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies.
