About the Position
La Paz County, AZ Project Manager
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic Board of Supervisors department. Reporting directly to the County Administrator, you will coordinate, manage, and oversee the delivery of key County projects, from conception through completion. Your responsibilities will span planning, scheduling, execution, tracking, public engagement, contract management, and project closure. You will lead major initiatives, drive process improvements, and collaborate with teams to deliver impactful results that shape our community.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in public administration, finance, data analysis, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Minimum of four (4) years' hands-on analytical experience, preferably within the public sector
- At least three (3) years of supervisory experience
- Proven expertise in research, data analysis, process improvement, and project management
