We are looking for a Manager, IT Platforms & Networking, to lead the planning, operations, and continuous improvement of our enterprise infrastructure. As a Trex Manager, IT Platforms & Networking, you will be looked to as an innovator in the manufacturing process and expected to manage the company’s core IT platforms, cloud, and on-premise infrastructure, and enterprise-wide network operations across corporate, manufacturing, and distribution sites. This role is a key member of our Information Technology team.

EXPERIENCE

We are looking for leaders with a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field and 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and networking, including 2+ years in a leadership role. We want to hear from you if you have previous experience as a Team Lead or IT Infrastructure Manager, with proven expertise managing hybrid environments, enterprise networks, and core IT platforms.

SALARY

Base Salary Range : $130,000-$150,000 annually.

The salary range provided serves as a general guideline for potential compensation for this position. It reflects the base salary and does not account for other benefits or additional compensation opportunities that may apply. This role is also eligible for further compensation through an annual / sales bonus, in addition to the base salary.
