Position Overview
As Senior Director, you'll spearhead strategic growth initiatives while overseeing complex environmental compliance projects across Southern California. This role combines executive leadership with technical expertise in CEQA / NEPA compliance, offering the opportunity to make a lasting impact on regional environmental stewardship.
Essential Responsibilities
- Direct and oversee all CEQA / NEPA compliance documentation and technical studies
- Lead a dynamic team of 25+ environmental professionals
- Develop and maintain strategic client relationships across public and private sectors
- Drive business development initiatives and proposal strategies
- Ensure project quality control and regulatory compliance
- Manage multi-million dollar project budgets and resources
- Collaborate with regulatory agencies and key stakeholders
- Expand service offerings and market presence in Southern California
