Lemoine is seeking a skilled Carpenter I to join our team in the commercial industry, specializing in concrete forming. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for assisting in various carpentry tasks, including framing, concrete forming and finishing work. You will report to the project foreman and be expected to work collaboratively with the team and take direction from supervisors. This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and safely on job sites. Responsibilities :

• Reading and interpreting blueprints and construction plans
• Measuring, cutting, and shaping wood, plastic, and other materials
• Assembling and fastening materials using nails, screws, staples, and adhesives
• Installing structures such as windows, frames, floorings, and trim
• Constructing forms and pouring concrete
• Finishing surfaces by sanding, staining, and painting
• Assisting in the preparation and cleanup of job sites
• Operating hand and power tools safely

Qualifications :

Position Requirements :

To perform the essential functions of the job, Carpenters should have manual dexterity and the ability to assemble things. He or she must kneel, squat, stoop, bend and climb; lift up to 75 pounds, and have a good sense of balance and coordination.
