Chewy is looking for an Art Director to join our brand / creative team and work side-by-side with passionate pet lovers! The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving creative direction, developing multi-channel campaigns, and ensuring consistent storytelling across all assets. This role requires strong conceptual thinking, leadership, and the ability to implement high-quality visual work while maintaining brand consistency and evolving creative strategies.
What You'll Do :
- Develop and manage multi-channel creative campaigns in partnership with cross-functional teams, ensuring strategic alignment with marketing goals.
- Lead conceptual design direction and the development and execution of compelling, brand-forward creative assets with a video-first approach.
- Ideate and concept video storytelling, including scripting, storyboarding, and guiding visual development to match the emotional and structural arc of the content
- Ensure brand consistency across all channels while evolving visual storytelling to meet growing business needs.
- Provide creative direction for photography and video shoots, ensuring visually engaging content that aligns with Chewy's brand identity.
- Partner with collaborators, including Creative Directors, marketing teams, and leadership, to develop innovative creative strategies.
- Work with a team of designers and collaborate with writers, content strategists, and production teams to implement high-quality work efficiently.
- Analyze performance data and campaign insights to optimize creative strategies and influence future design decisions.
- Collaborate closely with Copywriters, Producers, and Studio teams to ensure creative alignment across all touchpoints
